The Woodstock Select Board have CONTINUED the Public Hearing in accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4442, to amend Section 526 Short Term Rentals of the Town Zoning Regulations. The Five Acre and Forestry exemptions are to be removed from Sections 301, 302 and 526. A Conditional Use review shall be required for all Short Term Rentals per Section 526 A.
Said hearing has been moved to December 2019. A date will be forthcoming. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
