Having an Event in 2025? A Parade, an Event on the Green or Gore, East End Park, or would like to have a Banner on the Woodstock Green.

Get Your Permits into the Town Hall!

Everyone loves having events in Woodstock but space is limited! Permits for these spaces are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, and slots are filling up!! If you would like to reserve space for your event or banner please get your permit in as soon as you can. Please note all event permits need to be received AT LEAST 30 days prior to the event, without exception. All Village Event Permits go in front of the Village Trustees at their regularly scheduled monthly meeting. Event coordinators can attend the meeting in person or via zoom.
