Update: crash has been cleared, Ry 4 has been reopened. WOODSTOCKTRAFFIC ALERT at 4:19pm: US 4 Just west of Woodstock Union High School is Closed to all traffic due to a crash. Expect delays in the area or seek an alternate route.
