If you wish to grieve your assessment, you must do so in writing (mandatory-per statute).  Your written grievance and all supporting documentation must be RECEIVED in the Listers Office by 4:30 p.m. on June 18, 2019.

If you and/or your agent also wish to appear in person (optional) you may do so by appointment only.  Grievance hearings will continue until all grievances have been heard.  The deadline for making an appointment is also 4:30 p.m. on June 18, 2019.  You may make your appointment before that date.

PLEASE NOTE:   It is your responsibility to call and make sure we have received it before the deadline!  We will check the fax machine, post office box and email at 4:30 p.m.  Anything that comes after that will not be considered timely and will not be heard.
