Woodstock uses an online registration and payment system called Rentalscape for Short-Term Rental (STR) Registration. The staff of Woodstock requests that you apply for your Short-Term Rental registration and pay your fee using this system provided by Deckard Technologies. For all new STRs in the Town of Woodstock, the Zoning Regulations require that an applicant receive conditional use approval from the Town Development Review Board (TDRB) before guests may occupy the space. Please fill out and return the application below to be scheduled for an upcoming TDRB meeting.
