Update: Rt 4 East of Woodstock Village Fully Re-opened

Rt 4 East of the Village of Woodstock has been fully re-opened.

Due to a downed tree and power line, Rt. 4 East of the Village of Woodstock is down to one lane. Woodstock Police Department are assisting with detours and traffic.
