Please be aware that property owners are required to keep the public sidewalks adjacent to their properties clear of snow and ice to a width of three feet. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $25, and you’ll also be responsible for covering the actual cost incurred by the Village for snow or ice removal, along with any additional maintenance needed.
