    As winter approaches, we want to remind everyone about the regulations concerning snow removal within the Town and Village of Woodstock. ❄️ It is unlawful to plow, snow blow, or shovel snow onto any Town or Village highway, street, or right of way in a manner that leaves snow in the roadway.     Friendly Reminder: Winter is coming, and so are the Village of Woodstock ordinances regarding sidewalk maintenance!

    Please be aware that property owners are required to keep the public sidewalks adjacent to their properties clear of snow and ice to a width of three feet. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $25, and you’ll also be responsible for covering the actual cost incurred by the Village for snow or ice removal, along with any additional maintenance needed. Let’s keep Woodstock safe and walkable this winter season.

    We’d like to remind everyone of the Winter Parking Ban in accordance with Village Ordinance, Title 8; Chapter 3 subsection 8322.
