Record accurate meeting minutes
Assist residents with municipal inquiries
Manage administrative tasks efficiently
Collaborate with our dedicated team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
Strong communication skills ✍️
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 🖥️
Previous administrative experience preferred 💼
Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
This position has a start date for July 1, 2024. Part-time hours may be offered before if desired.
