    Notification from City of Lebanon, Department of Public Works

    “The City of Lebanon has completed its 2023 budget process. A public hearing was set for Lebanon’s Budget on December 7, 2022. During that budget meeting the Lebanon landfill tip was set at a 3% increase to $78.80 ton. This proposed new rate will go into effect on January 1, 2023. Punch cards will also be going from $15 to $20 a card.”

    End of Construction Survey

    Now that the Woodstock-Hartland paving project along U.S. 4 is complete, VTrans has opened an end of project survey to gather feedback on how the project went. The survey is open to the public, Town officials, anyone who traveled the roadway during construction.     Construction Update

    Construction Update Woodstock- Hartland NH FPAV (50) US Route 4 Paving Project DATE: Friday, November 18, 2022   TRAFFIC IMPACT AND DURATION: Monday, November 21 through Wednesday, November 23, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., motorists can expect minimal delays along U.S Route 4. CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: Crews will be cleaning out drainage inlets throughout the project limits.
