Online Property Record Cards (PRC) are now available for residential and condominium parcels. You can look up data by Parcel ID, Owner Name, Location or Span #. The Online PRC shows the value summary, building details, land details, picture and sketch. It does not show the outbuilding details. Commercial data is not available online. Please contact our office for commercial parcels. Property Record Cards are updated annually after the Grand List is finalized at the end of July.
Grand List 2024
The Grand List file is updated annually at the end of July.
Online parcel maps are current up to 2023 . The Grand List data relevant to the parcel map is updated annually by the state (noted by Grand List Year in the online map parcel detail). Please note that this does not take the place of a legal survey or other primary source documentation. Hard copy surveys since 2018 are available in the Town Clerk or Lister’s office.
The Board’s primary responsibility is to appraise as accurately and equitably as possible all real property in the Town and Village in compliance with the Vermont State Statutes. The Grand List is a list of all properties in Woodstock and their assessments. The assessment valuation (listing) year runs from April 1 through the following March 31st.
Other duties of the Listers office include annual maintenance such as updating assessment site improvements from building permits, processing the State’s Current Use and Homestead data, address changes, property transfers, sales tracking and validation for the State Equalization Study and town wide reappraisal assessments when mandated by the State.
